It turns out DoCopyTexture takes a flip_y parameter, so we don't need to adjust
the matrix manually like in the copying backing strategy.

Tested the copying strategy by hardcoding it on.
Tested CopySurfaceTextureToPictures on a Galaxy Nexus with fullscreen and
suspend/resume.
