Hi Sam,

This CL contains fix for Issue107 (& duplicated issues 1330, 888 having
different test scenarios).

Tested the build thoroughly on Linux,windows and android.
Also executed run_py_tests.py and , java_tests.py and have scheduled TGP for
tonight. 

Could you please have a look ?
