Since this is just for iOS, it should be fine, but if you want to be sure it
doesn't break anything, consider running a global presubmit.

I will put it on my TODO list to figure out how we want to enable GPU support
for all builds.

Ran a global presubmit just to be safe. There were a few pre-existing breakages,
but nothing related to this change.
