This cl expose the stable_device_id from the cras to the audio extension api in
the AudioDeviceInfo field, which is filled in OnDevicesChanged event.

The audio.getInfo API looks outdated. It used OutputDeviceInfo and
InputDeviceInfo which does not include stable_device_id. I wonder if this API if
it is no longer used, or have a new one to use AudioDeviceInfo if hotrod needs
one for pulling the device info.
