These are existing failures on downstream bots that were caught after turning on
--strict-mode=testing. :)

Thanks, will assign bugs to appropriate owners when I investigate a little
further.

There may be other ones hiding underneath these ones (test are failed and killed
after first violation). I'll whitelist those as they come in now that they make
the bots red.
