it is a little strange to run BlimpClientSession::Connect in the IO thread,
since BlimpClientSession is a UI thread object. BlimpNetworkComponent is a good
place for methods to run on IO thread.

Done. Moved IO thread setup into ClientSession, calling Connect from
NetworkComponents.
