Hi,

PTAL. This one disables enumerator caching and also disables use of the
enumerator when the default device is requested (provided caching is disabled).

What did you think about my proposal to invalidate cache via AudioManager output
change listener? That should let us avoid disabling this, no?

I think it might be a good alternative. I'll take a look at it tomorrow and see
how it works.

Yes it sounds like we shouldn't be doing this until we have signals for
invalidation of the devices working on all platforms.
