I assume that the queue on this bot is full of builds that have revisions before
198770 (where this revert landed).  In that case, they're expected to fail.  Can
you ask Ryan (the trooper) to cancel those pending builds on that builder?

I cancelled the jobs, but the new jobs are not sync'ing past revision 198770
(http://chromegw/i/tryserver.chromium/builders/android_dbg_triggered_tests/bui...).

This is because the LKGR is broken. xusydoc is looking into this now.
