Could you try taking a look at this?  This is an example of a "policy" file to
describe how to breakdown the memory usage in Android's browser process.

I think you're not familiar with this file, but it might be a good chance to
describe it to you.  No need to l g t m.  (but if l g t m, I'll commit it.)


If "stacktrace" and "allocator" matches with a memory region or an object, it's
classified into "name".

For example, a memory region reserved by allocator:"mmap" whose call path
includes stacktrace:"gpu::CommandBufferHelper::AllocateRingBuffer" is classified
into name:"mmap-gpu-ringbuffer".

The left side is actually a policy for renderers on Linux, not for Android. 
Android's one is a new file.  (git-cl or codereview chose it since they're
similar.)

I thought v8 and skia is not majority in the browser process.  If they work at
large in the browser process, I'll add them.
