+gayane FYI, the metric has been useful in showing that the problem is not
single threaded (i.e. UI thread responds fine much more often than the whole
browser does). We are therefore deprecating this metric as it doesn't highlight
the actual problem nor correlates with improvements to responsiveness as we'd
initially hoped.
