This is the minimum revert to fix the bug. I also get the following presubmit
warning. Should I follow its advice? Perhaps some red try bots will force me.

In native_client_sdk/src/libraries/ppapi/library.dsc:
  these files are missing and should be added:
    ppapi/c/dev/ppb_font_dev.h

The presubmit suggests "To ignore a file, add it to IGNORED_FILES in
native_client_sdk/src/build_tools/verify_ppapi.py." Let me know what you'd like.

I started the linux_nacl_sdk trybot. If it passes, you can just ignore the file.
