LGTM modulo the suggested changes.

There seems to be a lot of repetition between all the *-collapse-* elements, but
let's land this and later look at ways to consolidate this into less custom
elements after we have a little experience with it.

/json/fuzz-list for the fuzz contents to display, which will be an array of
FileDetails.
It doesn't actually poll, instead is just does a single get when ready. But I'm
not sure polling belongs at this level either.
