Why cannot it be empty? We have a lot of code that relies on empty id.

I see now that AccountId has an empty() method. I personally find this very
confusing on something that is not a string. It is not clear what "empty" means
for AccountId. We should either document that method or (preferably IMHO)
eliminate it. Logically, shouldn't this be is_valid() anyway?

Ok, I've changed this.

But actually .empty() method was added specifically to mimic string behavior. I
think that replacing .empty() with negated .is_valid() is actually a logical
change, that should be probably done outside of migration process. By now,
AccountId should mimic string behavior as close as possible.

I guess I'm saying that adding empty() "specifically to mimic string behavior"
was maybe not the right call. I think it just adds confusion. For example, you
mention that using is_valid() is a logical change, which it is, but it is not
especially clear whether or not it is more or less correct (looking at the code
it seems like is_valid() is in fact more correct).
