Disable completion in comment text.

It drives me nuts when I try to type some text and IDEA replaces my words with some random identifies.

Does this also disable completion in doc comments? (I didn't see a test for that
case.) If so, it would be nice if references could be completed. Otherwise,
LGTM, but Dan knows this code better than I so you might want to wait for his
review.

No, it does not affect completion in doc comment references.
I did not add any new test for this, I guess there are already, and they did not
fail.
