instead of having 4 methods, I wonder if we should add an interface like
SystemWindowInsetProvider that the InsetConsumerView would implement.

Then there would only be one method in ContentViewClient
(getSystemWindowInsetProvider).

As far as I can tell from your patch, the inset consumer can't be null as long
as the activity isn't so that seems to be unnecessary
