Fix build files and roll custom_tabs_client

A new folder has been added and shared classes moved there.
Adding a new target to build those as well.

This dependency is not required anymore as shared_lib depends on support_lib as
well. Yet it is also more clear to have support_lib listed here. So it's up to
you. :)

Thanks. Yeah I would rather keep the dependencies clear in case we get rid of
the shared lib some day.
