[turbofan] Fix kArchTailCallCodeObject on ia32/x64.

[turbofan] Fix kArchTailCallCodeObject on ia32/x64.

Previously these instructions tried to jump to the value at the code entry's
location, rather than jumping to this location. Also adds a test.
