Please reference BUG=514360 and mention that this is the first in a sequence of
chromium/blink patches (ideally linking to the code reviews for the ones you
have already to follow).

We'll have to do some work to fill in PointerType properly everywhere (for every
place a WebTouchPoint or WebMouseEvent is created), but that can come in stages
later IMHO.  I like your approach of defaulting to 'Unknown' (eventually we
should be able to ASSERT that it's never unknown).
