Enable automatic graph data generation for the chromium.endure waterfall.

Enable automatic graph data generation for the chromium.endure waterfall.

Graph data are generated in the following directory structure:
perf/(perf_id)/(test_name)/{graphs.dat, *-summary.dat, ...}

For example, data for testControlAttachDetachDOMTree in Endure Control
tests are generated in:
perf/endure-linux-rel/control-testControlAttachDetachDOMTree/
