Already done, this is just dealing with the perf fallout.

(Blink used to employ some CTM-based heuristics to decide whether bitmaps/etc.
should be drawn w/ AA, but the doesn't work well with SP - so no mas:

I don't think this is critical, my understanding is we're ready to eat the
regression (it only shows for this one test which uses a huge/~1000x multiplier:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=502262).

But if there's some low hanging fruit... why not? :)
