content: Copy AHEM font to its final destination path.

content: Migrate everything from TestRunner_resources over content_shell.

This copies the necessary fonts and add the necessary dependencies to get rid of blink_test_runner.gyp dep.

that drops the dependency on blink's test runner resources?

we need to sort out the dependency on copy_TestNetscapePlugIn first and in
xdisplaycheck I think. Do I expose copy_TestNetscapePlugIn target to Chromium
first? I'm afraid that if I drop the dependency on blink_test_runner_resources
without figuring out what to do about TestNetscapePlugIn, things will break.

Right after this lands, we will have to remove TestRunner_resources from
third_party/WebKit/public/all.gyp so the "multiple rules" warning goes away.
