I will be speculatively reverting this CL, because it is the only non-reverted
one in the
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.mac/builders/Mac10.9%20Tests%20%28dbg%2...
batch, which seems relevant to the consistent failures.

The revert helped in
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.mac/builders/Mac10.9%20Tests%20%28dbg%2...,
so no more speculative.
I'll update the bug with the failure logs before they get purged.
