Roll Skia DEPS to r6520, add suppressions & a disabling #define

This roll was plagued by timeouts. It is stalled on the MediaDocumentAudioSize
issue (file a bug and suppress it?) and the security issue. The remaining
discrepancies between the roll and control seem 'fine':

Let me know if that new gyp flag needs to be propagated to WebKit. Do we know
how many layout test results it change? If it's unknown, don't take the time to
work it out as it's not that important.
