Enabling asan pnacl toolchain builders.

Archiving asan pnacl toolchain builds by revision <BUILDERNAME>/<REV>
Archiving asan pancl toolchain trys by the same convention as other tries
(<BUILDERNAME>/<BUILDNUMBER>).

Reuse the existing package names for asan.
