Change QuicNetworkTransactionTest member signatures.

Change QuicNetworkTransactionTest member signatures.

Change QuicNetworkTransactionTest::RunTransaction() and
QuicNetworkTransactionTest::CheckResponseData() signatures to take
HttpNetworkTransactions by scoped_ptr const reference instead of naked pointer
to match four other members of the same testing class.
