Improve caching of special case paths in GrStencilAndCoverPathRenderer

Cache lines and oval paths in their own cache domains. Skia has many
hard-to-replace codepaths that create volatile paths out of lines or
ovals.

msvc warned on some size_t -> int conversions. I changed the size_ts back to
ints, as the variables are used to index uint32_ts (thus do not need to be as
big as size_t). Also the other parts of the code anyway take only ints.
I hope pressing CQ is ok with this? If not, feel free to revert..
