Rename 2 SVG text tests to reflect that they are for selection

Rename 2 SVG text tests to reflect that they are for selection.

This patch renames the following SVG text tests because they are
actually testing selection. The associated expectation files have
been updated as well.

1. text-text-07-t.svg -> text-selection-text-07-t.svg
2. text-text-08-b.svg -> text-selection-text-08-b.svg

I have compared text and W3C-SVG-1.1 folders and found that below files are
duplicate tests
1.text-text-01-b.svg
2.text-text-03-b.svg
3.text-text-04-t.svg
4.text-text-06-t.svg
5.text-text-07-t.svg
6.text-text-08-b.svg

So removed these tests from W3C-SVG-1.1 folder.

Oops, I just noticed these tests were renamed to "text-selected-*" instead of
"text-selection-*". For consistency with the other tests, lets rename these
"text-selection-*".
