Rename 5 SVG text tests to reflect that they are for selection.

This patch renames the following SVG text tests because they are
actually testing selection. The associated expectation files have
been updated as well.

1. text-tselect-01-b.svg -> text-selection-tselect-01-b.svg
2. text-tselect-02-f.svg -> text-selection-tselect-02-f.svg
3. text-tspan-01-b.svg -> text-selection-tspan-01-b.svg
4. text-ws-01-t.svg -> text-selection-ws-01-t.svg
5. text-ws-02-t.svg -> text-selection-ws-02-t.svg

I have compared text and W3C-SVG-1.1 folders and found that below files are
duplicate tests
1.text-tselect-01-b.svg
2.text-tselect-02-f.svg
3.text-tspan-01-b.svg
4.text-ws-01-t.svg
5.text-ws-02-t.svg


So removed these tests from W3C-SVG-1.1 folder.

Unfortunately this patch has a similar issue as
https://codereview.chromium.org/1049863003/#msg5. These tests are not duplicates
and we should not remove them but instead rename them. See my comments in the
other review and update this patch similarly, then reply "PTAL" so I get an
email.

There was one minor issue where the patch title was still "We should remove
exact duplicate tests because they just take up time on the bots." I went ahead
and updated this to be "Rename 5 SVG text tests to reflect that they are for
selection."
