Hi Mark,

I have approval to land this again.

I think the only reason it was crashing earlier was because I had not landed the
DEPS roll correctly (https://chromereviews.googleplex.com/164827013/). I now see
Keystone revision .7886 as part of what comes with gclient sync.

I can't repro any issue locally, and the crash error people were seeing
(NSInvalidArgumentException reason +[NSPropertyListSerialization
dataFromContainer:format:error:]: unrecognized selector sent to class) was the
same as when the KeystoneRegistration.framework hadn't been up to date. I think
by the time the DEPS roll got fixed, a bad Canary was already on its way out.

Any concerns if I try to land it again, as is?
