Remove unreferenced methods from LayoutBlockFlow.h

Remove unreferenced methods from LayoutBlockFlow.h

Some of the methods in LayoutBlockFlow.h are not referenced anywhere in the
code. Hence, removing them.

Looks ok to me. But jchaffraix can better judge if we need it for symmetry

My vote would be to remove them. We can always bring them back later if we find
they're needed.
