This gets dart_style happy with the latest analyzer. (And makes it *require* it.
Older versions don't work, so dart_style's minimum bound on analyzer goes up.)

This includes a lockfile that selects analyzer 0.27.0, but the pubspec itself
won't yield that if you run pub upgrade. Right now, there is no version of
analyzer that makes pub happy here because test doesn't support the new version
of analyzer yet.

So I added a dependency override, ran pub upgrade, and then removed it from the
pubspec.

This means this won't work on the bots if they run pub upgrade, at least not
until a new version of test is published that supports the latest analyzer.
