Changing to /bin/bash --posix to agree with the other scripts in this directory.

if this is going to stay in for more than just a few commits, I'd prefer it be
surrounded with a test of a command line flag or environment variable. 
Otherwise, I'm OK with it as a way to quickly diagnose a problem with the build.

We are taking this out.  We fixed it.
