Please take a look. The main change is in objects-inl.h

The changes in mark-compact.cc are necessary for preventing
VisitSharedFunctionInfoAndFlushCode and VisitJSFunctionAndFlushCode from
resetting the counter after the other incremented the code age counter and
marked the code object. Otherwise, the counter will not make progress.
