Description

CrOS - Fix BVT autotest failures due to device concluding it is offline Autotest browser_tests use the stub network library implementation. If it has multiple "active" networks, but those are not "connected", then the device sometimes concludes that it is offline and fails to load test content, causing many tests to fail.
