Naming suggestion: Usually 'delayedFoo' is associated with literal time-based
delay... How about:
[BrowserWindowUtils scheduleTitleChangeForWindow:window newTitle:newTitle
previouslyScheduledTitle:previousTitle]?

It can also return a new copy of the title, if that makes code more readable :-)
