Description

Deleted WebPluginDelegatePepper and everything dependent on it. This removes support for pepper v1 trusted plugins. TEST=pepper v2 plugin runs, npapi plugin runs, trybots BUG=none Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=77568
