Update to chromite wrapper to properly report import errors.

The recent changes to the chromite wrapper hid all import errors
in chromite, simply giving an error that chromite couldn't be found.
This fixes the problem.

Sorry for yet another bother.  Hopefully (fingers crossed!) this is the last
change to this wrapper for a while.

See CL desc for a pointer to the associated CL in chromiumos git.

I've even properly checked the magic "commit" checkbox this time.  ;)
