[Mac] Disable autoresizing of subviews when going into and out of fullscreen
mode.  This will prevent spurious renderer resizes and reduce flicker.

TEST=Layout of www.google.com should not be messed up after exiting fullscreen mode.

What do you think of this change?  The problem is that when we move the content
view from the fullscreen window to the normal window, it resizes as soon as it
is added to the new window, and in turn that sets of a resize of all the
subviews.  Later, we go through and resize the web content area again, but this
gives us some flicker.

This patch disables autoresizing while moving windows around, then kicks it back
on again when we're ready to show the window.  We could also try telling the
renderer it is hidden (and therefore should not resize), but that will probably
end up being uglier.

BTW, let me know if you think we cross a threshold here; e.g. instead of using a
distinct fullscreen window, you think we should use some other mechanism which
might be less messy.

Will do.  We haven't hit that point yet, but a few more bugfixes might
put us closer.
