what about mac? I bet they don't want it either. As for views linux, we could
get rid of it by installing a handler for focus-in on the RWHV widget in the tab
contents view. So that only leaves one platform of 4 that actually needs this
function...

That said I think the easiest thing to do would be just to ifdef it out for non
Views in render_widget_host_view_delegate.h.

I tried that, but then the layer above always tries to call it, so I'd need more
ifdefs there, etc.
