This change includes the following changes:
e079768  [MIPS] Fix syscall clone implementation
da4a489  MIPS: tweak register constraint to build under clang
db1e07d  ARM64: fix build due to incomplete ppoll decl

Note: MIPS related changes are required for Chromium
to be compiled for mips32 using Clang.
