This patch adds TheGuardian.co.uk to the pathological mobile sites page-set.

It has run successfully on a trybot (i.e. the WPR file has been uploaded
successfully):
http://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.perf/builders/android_nexus5_p...

The patch also [unintentionally] includes a no-op on the 001.wpr.sha1 which git
seems unwilling to remove. If this spoils the purity of this patch I am happy to
remove it if someone can advise on how I might do this!
