Tested with the following command lines:

$ ninja -C out-gn egl
$ gn check out-gn //gpu/gles2_conform_support/egl/*

It might be worth making this a source_set, rather than a static_library; I can
see that the GYP target is also a static_library, rather than a component, but
it's not obvious why that is the case.

You could also just put in a TODO(GYP) to investigate this, and test flipping it
to a source_set or a component when the rest of the gles targets are working.
