sorry if I wasn't clear. since this is part of ChildProcessHostDelegate, this
belongs on line 93 right after OnChildDisconnected. Move that entire block (i.e.
now line 90-95) to the public section

Ah, I see.  We'll just make the whole implementation public.  Done, added those
here right under the implementation of BrowserChildProcessHost.
