Remove --pretty-print-prefs switch.

Remove --pretty-print-prefs switch.

It can be replaced by command-line or online JSON pretty-printing tools when needed.

(I think devtools can pretty print json too, might be a better recommendation as
it can't send the data to some server.)

Hmm, I think that only works for JSON coming over the wire (or at least I
couldn't quickly see how to copy-paste some JSON into it and have it be pretty
printed).

(tweaked the comment in json_pref_store.cc a bit)

Yeah, I haven't seen a way to do that either. In particular, the console doesn't
like things containing quotes and line breaks.
