Following our current naming conventions, shouldn't this file just be
drawer.css?

c/b/r/settings/drawer/drawer.js
c/b/r/settings/drawer/drawer.css
c/b/r/settings/drawer/drawer.html

I think the extra "settings" are repetitive.
