Use updated WebMediaKeySystemConfiguration

Use updated WebMediaKeySystemConfiguration

WebMediaKeySystemConfiguration is changing to use enums for
initDataTypes and sessionTypes, so update WebEncryptedMediaClientImpl
to use the enums.
