Web MIDI: reset button in permission bubble does not work

Web MIDI: reset button in permission bubble does not work

Current implementation use ContentSettingsPattern::Wildcard()
to reset a setting for the current visiting page, but it does not
work. This should be the embedder URL as geolocation does.
