Fix crashes on ICS.

We were using several APIs introduced after API level 14. Fix that.

If you're looking for the minimal patch to merge to M42, I'd move the
CardUnmaskPrompt.java changes to a separate CL, and not bother to merge it. That
said, the changes are already pretty minimal, so it's up to you.
