Adding HD peerconnection WebRTC call 45-second performance test.

The purpose is to test CPU usage and vital WebRTC stats over a
longer, more taxing call. Also updates all pages since the GitHub
location has moved again.

Oh, thanks for the ping, I didn't see this earlier! I didn't spot any potential
problems here so it LGTM, but it'd be a good idea to have another Telemetry
reviewer look over it as well I think :-)
