Clean up DictionaryHelperForCore.cpp

- Remove uses of TONATIVE_* and TOSTRING_* macros.

- Remove various unneeded explicit template specializations/instantiations.

Source/bindings/core/v8/DictionaryHelperForCore.cpp:542: template bool
DictionaryHelper::convert(const Dictionary&, Dictionary::ConversionContext&,
const String& key, unsigned& value);
This is the only one of these that is actually required (for building.) But I
felt that it would be rather arbitrary to support a single basic type, so left
the rest as well.
